Season of Livin’, a Choice?

A Hero of mine believes that winter woods are the most beautiful. I never noticed how you can see deeper and clearer into the forest to identify species of each tree and spot wildlife easier. I had only focusEd on the missing foliage and colorful Vegetation. Why do we invest useless energy wanting what we don’t have in the moment? Topic for another time. During one of my sunrise TWs (talk and walk with God), I realized I was in a winter season of my life: dormant, vulnerable, exposed. Which could be why I got stuck on Step 4, Introspection, of the 12 step path to recovery in AA. This journey can benefit anyone presenting with a variety of symptoms- obesity, workaholic, etc. How many people get stuck in the winter season of Livin due to complacency or lost hope?
